On January 8, 2006, Beijing Wang Zhihe Food Group Co., Ltd. and Guilin Sufu Factory were reorganized by marriage, creating a precedent for the north-south cooperation of the traditional sufu industry of the Chinese nation. After the restructuring, Beijing Wang Zhihe (Guilin Sufu) Food Co., Ltd. has total assets of 44.4 million yuan. The new company has carried out integrated transformation on the basis of the original Guilin fermented bean curd factory, and the production equipment has been comprehensively updated and the quality has been further improved. The special products of fermented bean curd, bean curd and chili sauce have become a highlight of the new company on the basis of improvement.
