Harbin Qiulin Food Co., Ltd. was founded in 1900 by the Russian Ivan Yakolovich Qiulin, which was operated by the British HSBC, Japan Co., Ltd., and the former Soviet Union government, and in 1953, the Chinese government took over Qiulin Company for a fee, and successfully completed the independent restructuring of the enterprise in early 2007, and changed its name to Harbin Qiulin Food Co., Ltd., which is now a wholly-owned listed subsidiary of Qiulin Group.
It is one of the oldest bakery food processing enterprises in Harbin, with a history of more than 110 years, the front store and the factory, that is, the sale of sales is one of its major business characteristics, the Russian products produced at the beginning of the factory are mainly for the Russians in China to eat, with the continuous integration of expatriates and local residents, the local people gradually love these foods, and become one of the characteristics of Harbin.

At present, the company has four branches, namely: food company, meat products branch, baking branch, and Xintiandi Qiulin Food Company. The plant area has reached more than 10,000 square meters, nearly 600 employees, and more than 80 marketing outlets across the country. Sales of Russian characteristics of Qiulin brand series of bread, Qiulin brand series of pastries, Qiulin brand series of fruit wine, Qiulin brand series of jam, meat filling products, smoked sauce products, Da Lie Bagvas beverage, Xintiandi Qiulin glutinous rice balls and other series of products, is an annual output of nearly 5,000 tons, annual sales of more than 100 million yuan of food production and sales enterprises.
