On November 25, 2007, after years of careful planning, the second phase of the "Xianheng Xintiandi Project" in Lu Xun's hometown, a key project of Shaoxing City's trade and tourism, started. The focus of this project is to expand and enhance the Xianheng Hotel. Except for the "dine-in" part of the hotel as a cultural landmark, the rest of the hotel was demolished and rebuilt. After more than two years of arduous construction, a five-star standard cultural theme hotel - Xianheng Hotel, which inherits the historical context, takes Lu Xun culture as the theme, and Jiangnan culture and Yue culture as the background, is displayed in front of the world. After the expansion and renovation, the Xianheng Hotel has a construction area of 57,000 square meters, with 206 luxury rooms (sets), including 111 standard rooms, 74 business double rooms, and 21 luxury suites and theme rooms. There are more than 2,000 seats: including 47 luxury boxes with the theme of Lu Xun culture, imperial culture, wine culture, opera culture, love culture, etc., and 1 multi-functional hall that can accommodate 800 people at the same time. There are 7 meeting rooms of different specifications with state-of-the-art facilities and multi-purpose halls equipped with simultaneous interpretation systems and various audio-visual equipment. In addition, there are business centers, souvenir shopping malls, and recreation and leisure clubs.
