On the morning of December 8, 2016, the Supreme People's Court publicly announced the retrial rulings of 10 trademarks, of which 7 ruled to reject the applicant's request for retrial and 3 ruled to support the applicant's request for retrial. So far, our company has won 65 of the 68 trademark cases filed by the Supreme People's Court, the applicant, Michael Jordan, a U.S. citizen. In this ruling, our company declares as follows:

1. The series of trademarks such as "Jordan", pinyin "qiaodan" and "graphics" in Chinese are registered trademarks legally used by our company for nearly 20 years in accordance with the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China and legally approved by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

2. In October 2012, Michael Jordan, a U.S. citizen, filed a dispute over 68 trademarks registered by our company, which were rejected by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court and Beijing High People's Court, all of which were rejected and our trademark registration was maintained.

3. In December 2015, the Supreme People's Court ruled to reject the application for maintenance of registration of 50 trademarks in the retrial application filed by the retrial applicant, covering the Chinese, pinyin and figurative trademarks mainly used by our company. The 10 trademarks in this ruling, including the 3 trademarks supporting the retrial applicant, are all defensive trademarks registered by our company for less than 5 years and on other types of surrounding goods, and will not affect all the trademarks currently used by our company.
