Founded in 1911, FILA, a century-old Italian lifestyle brand, is a textile and knitting garment enterprise founded by the FILA brothers in the small town of Biella, Italy. In the 70s of the last century, in order to cooperate with the diversified development, FILA turned to sportswear, and successively developed tennis, golf, fitness, skiing, mountaineering, basketball and other series.

Today's FILA is more positive, continuous struggle and never give up the spirit of exploration as the brand concept, subverting the traditional sports image, with a new fashion life brand image to convey the same enthusiasm and vitality for a hundred years, the products are sold in the United States, Italy, South Korea, Japan and other more than 30 countries.

In recent years, FILA has continued to launch a number of product lines with different styles, including the fashionable and casual White Line, the sporty and functional Red LINE, and the Ginny Line parent-child co-branded with designer Ginny Hilfiger. The FILA brand was first introduced to the Chinese market in September 2005 by Hong Kong Asia, and in 2006, the first FILA flagship store opened in Shanghai. In the second half of 2007, FILA transferred all the rights and interests of the FILA brand in China (including Hong Kong and Macau) to Belle International for a price of US$48 million.

On the evening of August 12, 2009, Anta announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yuandong, would acquire Belle International's Fila China trademark and be responsible for promoting and distributing Fila China trademark products in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.
