C.Baidu International Holdings Co., Ltd., founded in 1995, is a fashion brand rich in culture and romance, a famous brand product in Jiangsu Province, and a large-scale medium and high-end women's business and casual footwear retailer in China

C.Baidu International Holdings Limited ("C.Baidu" or the "Company", together with its subsidiary company the "Group", stock code: 1028) is the second largest retailer of mid-to-high-end women's business and casual footwear in the PRC (in terms of retail revenue for the year ended 31 December 2012), which is engaged in the production and sale of mid-to-high-end women's footwear in China with diversified designs.

The Group owns four self-owned brands, namely "C&B", "Yiban", "Sun Dance" and "Mio", and also sells women's shoes through the licensed brand "Naran" and distributes products under the "ASH" and "JC" brands. The Group sells its own products and licensed brand products through department store retail stores and independent retail stores in first-, second- and third-tier cities in China, and also wholesales its own brand products to its franchised distributors, and manufactures products for international footwear companies on an OEM or ODM basis for export overseas.

As an industry leader with multiple brands, C.Baidu has a well-developed retail network and a wide range. As at 31 December 2012, the Group had a total of 2,166 self-operated retail stores and third-party retail outlets, all strategically located, enabling the Group to understand the changing needs of customers in real time. The Group's well-established vertically integrated business model enables us to manage all major operating chains, including design and development, outsourcing, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and sales of products, so as to respond quickly to market demand.

We operate three production facilities in Nanjing, Dongguan and Suining, as well as an R&D center in Foshan. Led by the Group's experienced and forward-thinking management team, the Group has the design capacity to design between 2,000 and 2,400 SKUs per year for each of its own brands. Driven by the management team, the Group has carefully formulated a number of important business strategies to maintain and expand the Group's leading position in the mid-to-high-end women's footwear market in China. These measures include enhancing same-store sales growth at retail outlets, expanding distribution and retail networks, diversifying brand portfolios, and expanding business through selective acquisitions. We believe that these business strategies will lead to the peak of C&B's innovation.

Formerly known as "Hongguo International Holdings Limited", the new name will maintain the consistency of the Group and its main brand names, and will enhance the Group's image as an iconic brand and its position as one of the leading mid-to-high-end women's footwear retailers in China.
