Jinsha Liquor has a long history and profound cultural heritage. According to the record of "Qianxi Prefecture Chronicles", as early as the Daoguang period, the liquor produced by Jinsha had the hymn of "village wine does not need to be credited". In the thirties of the last century, Moutai winemaker Liu Kaiting introduced the Moutai Daqu sauce fragrance process to brew Jinsha wine.

 

The company is an earlier state-owned liquor production enterprise in Guizhou. In 2007, the state-owned Guizhou Jinshajiao Distillery was restructured into Guizhou Jinshajiao Liquor Co., Ltd., and in January 2023, China Resources became the owner of Guizhou Jinshajiao Liquor Co., Ltd. and became a holding enterprise of a central enterprise. The company has more than 3,500 employees, fixed assets of 4.5 billion yuan, an annual output of 24,000 tons of base wine, and an inventory of more than 70,000 tons of base wine. In 2023, the total brand value of Abstract and Jinsha Huisha will be 208.474 billion yuan. The sales market covers 31 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government, including Guizhou, Shandong, Henan, Beijing, Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Hunan, Hubei and Anhui.

 

The company has two major brands, one is summary, positioning "high-end sauce-flavored liquor from Guizhou Jinsha"; The second is Jinsha Huisha, positioning "the famous sauce wine from Jinsha, Guizhou". The products of the two major brands mainly include Jinsha Huisha Ji Nian Liquor Series, Jinsha Huisha Real Vintage Liquor Series, and Abstract Liquor Series, which are selected from Jinsha high-quality red tassel glutinous sorghum as raw materials, wheat koji, two feeding, nine times cooking, eight times fermentation, and seven times of wine pouring, adhering to the traditional process of Dragon Boat Festival koji making and Chongyang Xiasha brewing, with the unique flavor of mellow sauce fragrance of "slightly yellow and transparent, elegant sauce aroma, mellow and pleasant, plump body, long aftertaste, and comfortable fragrance in the empty cup".
