Jinling Hotel Co., Ltd. was established by Nanjing Jinling Hotel Group Co., Ltd. in December 2002 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 2007, becoming the first listed tourism enterprise in the domestic hotel industry and the first listed tourism enterprise in Jiangsu Province after full circulation.
