Ausnutria Dairy Co., Ltd. ("Ausnutria" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is a leading dairy company with production facilities mainly located in the Netherlands. Founded in 2003, the Group sells and distributes high-end infant formula imported from Australia in the PRC. In 2011, Ausnutria invested in the upstream business and acquired a controlling stake in Ausnutria Hyproca B.V. ("Ausnutria Hyproca B.V."), which has a global presence, expertise in the international infant nutrition business, and milk source and production equipment. The Group sells its own brands, including A-Select Series, Capability Multi Series (including Organic Ability Series), Manado Series, Hypnokai 1897 Series Infant Formula Milk Powder and Jiabei Aite Series Infant Formula Goat Milk Powder. In addition to Jiabei Aite, which is sold worldwide, most of its own brand infant formula milk powder (all produced overseas) is mainly sold in China. In addition, the Group also serves its global clients through contract manufacturing and private label arrangements.
