The elegance of the second phase of the indoor commercial center boosts confidence, but the sparse flow of people and the large number of shops waiting for rent show that the mall is sluggish. Passing through the mall to the Shooting Tide Square by the Qiantang River, the magnificent river view can still bring back a little image for the Avenue of Stars.
