Xiasha business district
Xiasha Business District is located in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jianggan District, east to Wenze Road, south to No. 6 Street, west to Xingfu South Road, and north to No. 2 Street. In 1993, the development zone to which the business district belongs was established with the approval of the State Council. Machinery manufacturing, electronic communications, food and beverage, biomedicine and other enterprises have settled in to open up for the development of the region. In 2001, the Xiasha Higher Education Park was established in the development zone, gathering first-class colleges and universities in the province, such as Hangzhou Dianzi University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Zhejiang University of Media and Communication, etc., bringing a large number of people to the local business development and laying the foundation for the development of the Xiasha business district. The shopping malls in the business district are basically distributed along the subway, and each subway station has an exit to connect the shopping center, which is very convenient for public transportation.
Longfor Jinsha Heavenly Street
Longfor Jinsha Tianjie is the first large-scale comprehensive shopping center supporting the Xiasha business district. With its precise business positioning and business transformation that keeps pace with the times, it has won the first place in the traffic and sales volume of the shopping mall in the circle for three consecutive years after its opening, and has been recognized by residents and students in Xiasha.
The brand structure of Paradise Street is mainly based on clothing and catering, supplemented by parent-child and lifestyle brands. From the first floor to the third floor, there are nearly 120 clothing brands, basically with high-recognition popular brands such as H&M, ZARA, Bershka, JUCY JUDY, SKECHERS, NewBalance, etc., as well as international brands such as LACOSTE, SMITH POLOV and CK that meet the consumption upgrade. In terms of food and beverage lineup, a number of restaurants on the list such as Frog Laida, Sichuan Xiangtianxia and Wasabi are all listed, making them the first choice for weekend tooth festivals. From the fourth to the eighth floors, there are also Century Star Ice Skating Rink, Shanghai Film Cinema, Hani Sky Farm, Mark KTV and D.S E-sports Internet Café to meet the leisure and entertainment needs of people of all ages.
It is reported that in order to meet the shopping needs of customers, Paradise Street will launch various activities and cross-border cooperation every quarter in response to market changes. Activities such as the Flying Heroes Paradise Street Fun Tour, Bubble Wars and Christmas Giant Lighting Ceremony can maximize the satisfaction of different groups and enhance consumers' stickiness and memory points. It is worth mentioning that the newly completed Paradise Street Outdoor Pedestrian Street has also expanded the life service projects of Paradise Street on a large scale, and introduced many beauty and body care and children's training brands, which customers in need may wish to understand.
The interior layout of the Sky Street is commendable, with streamlined lighting and relief decorations on the ceiling, complementing each other with the exquisite shops on the façade, setting off a beautiful and light sense of fashion, which makes people feel refreshed and happy. The abundant escalators and straight elevators can also facilitate customers to shuttle up and down, and the shopping experience is good. Customers who travel by bus can take the subway to Jinshajie Road Station. Self-driving passengers only need to follow the WeChat account of the official website of Tianjie and register as a member, and they can park for free for one hour. Celestial Street is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
Xiasha Yintai Factory Store
Opened in 2016, the Xiasha Yintai Factory Store brings the long-standing factory store format from the West to Yintai. Factory store, as the name suggests, adopts the sales model from the factory directly to the consumer, abandoning the redundant links such as graded wholesalers and graded agents.
Xiasha Yintai, which has the title of factory, is also permeated with a factory style in its design and decoration. The exterior of the mall is made of gray-black bricks, which from a distance looks like both a box and a factory. The interior decoration is decorated with a large number of metal elements and linear lighting, which looks a little similar to the assembly line of the workshop. Xiasha Yintai occupies an eight-storey business area, bringing together nearly 200 brands in categories such as jewelry, makeup, apparel, parent-child and catering, positioning itself in the mid-range. Well-known brands at home and abroad, such as Chow Tai Fook, OLAY, Evely, Hengyuanxiang, GXG, Giorrdano, LEVI'S, New Balance, etc., can be met here. On the sixth to eighth floors, well-known chain restaurants such as Haidilao, New Bailu, and Fat Brothers are here, and there is also Chef Peng, who ranks second on the list of the best Hunan dishes in Hangzhou. Cinemas and gyms are also here.
Perhaps due to the positioning of the factory store, there are mostly open shops without partitions. With a simple signboard and a portable coat rack, it becomes a shop, so it's not easy to find exactly what you're looking for. If necessary, use the electronic screen next to the escalator to navigate. As there is no metro in the vicinity of the mall, customers who travel by bus will need to choose to arrive by bus, while those arriving by car can park their vehicles in the open or underground car parks. The mall is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.
