Wulin business district

Wulin business district
Wulin business district crosses the canal to Wenhui Road in the north, adjacent to Zhaohui's large residential area, Fengqi Road in the south, Zhongshan North Road in the east, and Wulin Road in the west, which is the oldest business district in Hangzhou, the tallest building in Hangzhou in the 1980s, the highest revolving restaurant in Hangzhou, and the first LV store in Hangzhou, all settled here, witnessing the process of Hangzhou's commercial development.
At present, the Wulin business district is dominated by three large shopping plazas, Wulin Yintai, Hangzhou Tower and Guoda City Plaza, showing a three-legged situation. Each square is full of people and has distinctive characteristics. Important cultural attractions such as Wulin Square, Zhejiang Exhibition Hall and Hangzhou Theater have become the magic weapons of the business district to attract customers with their rich historical and cultural connotations and precipitation. According to the development plan of the business district, large-scale shopping projects such as Hangzhou Tower Underground Mall and Hangzhou Center will be completed one after another. Wulin, which is now sitting on the number one spot in Hangzhou's business district, will have a stronger position in the future.

Wulin Yintai
The predecessor of Wulin Yintai was the Hangzhou Department Store, which opened in 1989. In 2014, Hangzhou Department Store merged with Yintai and changed its name to Wulin Yintai and became Yintai's head office in Hangzhou. Today, Yintai has nearly 60 stores across the country, 10 of which are located in various districts of Hangzhou, and is the dominant shopping mall brand in Hangzhou. In the follow-up list, Yintai will also appear.
Wulin Yintai is divided into three areas: A, B, and C. The first and second floors of Zone A and the first floor of Zone C are home to a variety of cosmetics and jewellery brands. SK-II., CHANEL, ARMAN, LANCOME, SHISEIDO, and other brands popular with young women gather in the atrium of Zone A in the form of open shops, and foreign models often try on makeup on holidays. GUCCI, COACH, Dior, Chow Sang Sang, Tse Sui Lin and other big brands are all available, and occupy a large area of business scope, with a complete range of varieties and styles. The first floor of Zone B is dedicated to luxury watches, mainly mid-range and durable Ernest Borel, TISSOT and Casio, and there is only one high-end brand, Dituo, which can meet the needs of basic and consumption upgrades. In terms of clothing, women's clothing includes the light luxury and elegant MOJO.S.PHINE, NAERSI, Steven & Vivian, the intellectual and generous LanaFaY, the elder brother, Ritali, and the youthful Rakucho, LALABOBO, Asuka and New Fish. Men's clothing includes Wiscony and CALLISYO, which focus on business style, and LACOSTE and G2000, which are casual and simple. SPORTS BRANDS SUCH AS NIKE KICKS LOUNGE, VANS, ADIDAS AND PUMA ARE ALSO LEADING.
Located on the third and fourth floors of Building B, the parent-child products and children's products area is recommended. A warm style that fits the theme of the home is chosen, with wooden floors and warm lighting, and the atrium is designed as a cylindrical open shop. Kids' favourites such as Hasbro, Qiaohu, Akamiller and PawinPaw world can be found here. The escalator setting here is also unique, with a transparent glass curtain wall on the right hand side of the escalator, giving a clear view of the bustling street scene in the center of Hangzhou. Stepping into the 5th floor of Building B, there is the dining area of the mall. There are well-known chain restaurants such as Xibei and Green Tea, as well as niche and unique Mr. Sun Lao Fan and Wenxin Restaurant. Due to the small area of the area, there are not many options and highlights, so it is moved to the ninth floor of Building C, and there are Hong Kong-style tea restaurants and steakhouses as supplements.
Due to the small size of each area, the mall is dominated by open shops without partitions. The aisles are narrow, crowded and cramped when there are many people, and there is no wide atmosphere of a high-end shopping mall. Due to its rich brand and long business history, it is still the first stop for shopping in the hearts of most old Hangzhou, and its status is difficult to shake. If you want to feel the classic business atmosphere of Hangzhou, Wulin Yintai is a good choice.
In order to facilitate shopping, Yintai has launched the Meow Street App. It covers indoor navigation, parking payment and online shopping functions, which is fast and convenient, and it is recommended to download and use it in advance. Since the mall is located in the center of Hangzhou, the traffic conditions are not good on holidays and parking spaces are tight, so it is recommended that customers travel by bus and take the subway to Wulin Square Station. Open Monday to Thursday from 10:00-22:00 and Friday to Saturday from 10:00-22:30.

Hangzhou Tower Shopping City
Hangzhou Tower Shopping City is one of the most high-end shopping malls in Hangzhou, with a history of more than 20 years. In 2014, the building settled the business pattern of "four verticals and three horizontals", with four buildings of different forms A, B, C, and D, carrying the huge business structure of the mall. At the same time, the building provides a clear development context for each area: the fashion and refinement of women in Tower A, the gentrification of business men in Tower B, the personalization of young and cutting-edge talents in Tower C, and the quality of leisure life in Tower D.
For those who love to consume international brands, it's not an exaggeration to call it a paradise. On the first floor of A, B and C areas, all shops are under the umbrella of top international brands. Dior, CHANAL, L'OCCITANE, ARMAMI, GUCCI, VALETINO, Jurlique, GIVENCHY, FENDI, MAXMARA and countless other brands have swept away a huge share of Hangzhou's luxury sales like a whirlpool. The first and second floors of Zone D are the Watch & Jewellery Zone, where big names such as Vacheron Constantin, Blancpain, Rolex Red, Omega, Chow Tai Fook, Lao Fungxiang, Erie Roche and Blove also occupy the entire floor of the business area. The third floor of each district is a variety of light luxury clothing brands with a large price gradient, with a balanced proportion of large and small brands and a complete range of styles. For most consumers, this is where shopping begins.
Arriving at the fourth floor of each district, categories such as household goods, sports equipment, leather goods and bags began to appear. Further up, there are business clothes, men's and women's underwear, parent-child products, home appliances and kitchen utensils, handicrafts and so on. The building has a catering package that matches the high-end positioning, and well-known restaurants such as Mocado Restaurant, HOME THAI, Wang Ding Teppanyaki Cuisine and Wenxing Restaurant can satisfy the discerning taste buds of gourmets and are worth a visit.
The four areas of the mall are connected by corridors, which is easy to find, coupled with the clear positioning of the area and the relatively simple layout of the shops, it is not difficult to shop. This is a rare addition to a long-established shopping mall that has been in operation for more than 20 years. The mall is connected to the Wulin Square subway station, and the underground parking space is sufficient, so it is convenient to reach by bus or self-driving. It is open from 10:00 to 22:00 from Sunday to Thursday and from 10:00 to 22:30 from Friday to Saturday.

National University City Plaza
Opened in 2017, Guoda City Plaza was rebuilt on the original site of Hangzhou International Building, across the street from Wulin Yintai. As the youngest shopping mall in the Wulin business district, Guoda is not in a hurry to pile up brands, but based on the positioning of "modern people's fun", the post-80s and 90s generations are the main customer groups, and the fashionable and young format brands are the mainstream, cutting down the complicated and simplifying.
NUS's housekeeping brand i.t is worth recommending. The store is the first i.t concept store in Chinese mainland, designed by renowned New York designers Craig Redman and Karl Mier, with a business area of 2,000 square meters. Due to i.t's youth trend positioning, the clothes here are fashionable and fashionable, and the price of only 1,000 yuan can buy a complete set of clothing, which is highly sought after by young men and women. Don't miss the first Brookstone specialty retail store in Hangzhou, which mainly sells niche electronic products with full functions and unique designs, such as the Rover RevolutionRover off-road spy car, Transparent Wireless Glass Keyboard, etc., which are all Brookstone's refreshing star products. In addition, NUS also gathers designer clothing brands such as Mixing black, AUM, Jianping, etc., which are not well-known but exquisite, and are worth exploring for young people.
If you are a literary youth, the fourth to sixth floors of the mall can make you deeply immersed in it. There are many cultural and creative brands such as bookstores, coffee shops, art galleries, and escape rooms. Sisyphean Bookstore, Vector Coffee, Henglu Art Museum, Tomb Robbery Notes, etc. are enough to make you linger. In terms of dining, the dining area on the seventh to ninth floors gathers a number of independent niche restaurants, including well-known chains such as Taixing, Grandma Nian and Niu Shixian, etc., with a rich choice. The food on the second floor is dominated by fast food chains, where McDonald's, Dagu rice noodles and Hefu noodles can make you hungry quickly. If you want to relax in the movie, there is also the four-storey NUS Movie Life Hall.
NUS has a 12-storey business area, but the business area on each floor is not large, and most of the shops are arranged around a circular atrium, so there are not many shops on each floor, and the overall appearance is very narrow. Customers who want to visit in depth need to travel up and down frequently. It should be noted that the escalators in the plaza are very narrow, and you need to take the elevator when there is a large number of people.
