Xixi business district

Xixi business district
The Xixi business district is composed of Wenyi West Road and Wener West Road in the east-west direction, Bauhinia Road, Gudun Road, Fengtan Road in the north-south direction and the surrounding areas of Xixi Tourist Scenic Area. Since 2000, with the opening of Xixi Wetland Park and the implementation of the "One Street and Four Parks" project (Wensan Road Electronic Information Block, Zhejiang University Science and Technology Park, West Lake Science and Technology Park, Digital Entertainment Industrial Park, Xixi Creative Industry Park), Xixi business district has developed rapidly. At present, the Xixi business district is still expanding rapidly, and the scope is constantly extending to the west and north.
The shopping mall in the Xixi business district is dominated by Xixi Impression City and Xixi Intime City, while Qinchengli, located in the third phase of Alibaba's Xixi Park, has attracted attention as a dark horse. Projects such as Longfor Xixi Paradise Street and Lotte City, which are under construction, are expected to perform well after completion and have great development potential. At present, the Xixi business district is still in the development stage, and most of the shopping malls are positioned in the mid-range, serving the employees and residents of the surrounding science and technology parks, focusing on family and daily consumption. In addition, public transportation in this area is not very convenient, and the distribution of shopping malls is very scattered, so it is recommended to reach it by car. Please pay attention to the distance and arrival time before traveling.

Xixi Impression City
Opened in 2013, Xixi Impression City, near Xixi Scenic Area, is the first large-scale shopping mall in Xixi business district, covering an area of six floors (including two basement floors), positioned as a mid-end family consumption. It gathers large brands such as Wal-Mart Sam's Club, Uniqlo, ZARA, Decathlon, etc., supporting functional shops such as Yinle Di KTV, China Film Cinema, gymnasium, hair salon and children's amusement park, and also sells a small number of cosmetics, jewelry and digital appliances.
The mall also has a wide range of dining options, with nearly 50 restaurants on each floor. The flavors include Zhejiang cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, hot pot, Western-style fast food and desserts, most of which are chain brands such as Fat Brothers, Ajisen Ramen, and Axiang Rice Noodles. Although there are no overly good options, the advantage is that they are easy to choose from while shopping. The men's and women's clothing areas on the second and third floors do not see a large flow of people, and well-known brands such as Nike, Levi's, Lee, ESPRIT, and Tianyimei are interspersed to meet the needs of the middle class. The 4th floor of the mall is a rooftop garden with viewing binoculars, an outdoor garden and sporadic eateries, which are not worth visiting due to the lack of shade and maintenance, resulting in very hot daytime and dilapidated landscapes.
The mall is in the shape of a long strip, with a glass ceiling, a naturally bright interior and an open corridor, making it very comfortable to visit. The strategically arranged escalator can easily guide customers up and down. The mall has a large number of parking spaces on each floor and mezzanine, which is very convenient to reach by car, and customers can pay parking fees through WeChat or self-service terminals. It is open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00 and Sam's Club from 8:00 to 22:00.

Xixi Intime City
Located at the intersection of Wenyi West Road and Chongren Road, Xixi Intime City is composed of high-rise modern office buildings, low-rise shopping malls, sunken plazas and other architectural forms. It is the most important commercial complex project of Yintai Department Store Group in China after Beijing Yintai Center. As the mall fills the gap of the shopping mall in the region, it has earned enough popularity in the surrounding area after only half a year of opening, and has driven the development of regional commerce.
Similar to Xixi Impression City, the shops in Xixi Intime City are also comprehensive, integrating food and beverage supermarkets, men's and women's clothing, daily necessities, children's clothing, education and entertainment, etc., as well as a small number of jewelry and beauty care shops. Most of them are popular brands such as Uniqlo, Muji, Adidas, Metersbonwe, Gedi, and Evely. The catering is also dominated by chain brands such as Grandma's House, Furnace Fish, and Yigang Steamer. According to the layout of the shops, the mall names each floor as Food Fashion Party, Trend Journal, Fashion Place, Big Child and Shadow Food Circle, which is convenient for customers to quickly navigate. The biggest highlight of the mall is the first Decathlon experiential store in Hangzhou. Covering an area of 4,500 square meters, the store has more than 80 sports-related products for sale, making it a great place for sports enthusiasts.
The interior of the mall is circular in shape, with corridors and escalators staggered, and the structure is complex, making it easy to get lost, but the spacious corridors and elegant curved decoration add a lot of color to the shopping experience. Next to each escalator, there is also an electronic guide screen, which can accurately locate the location of the shop. The large parking lot on the third basement floor is also very friendly to customers arriving by car. At present, the office buildings and sunken plaza near the mall are still under construction, and Metro Line 5 will also run through the mall in the future, so the development of Xixi Intime City still has immeasurable potential. The mall is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

Qinchengli belongs to the third phase of Alibaba Xixi Park, located at the southwest corner of Wenyi West Road and Changer Road. Bearing the halo of Alibaba and the title of "Future Science and Technology City", Qinchengli has attracted a lot of attention since its opening in April 2018. In fact, Qinchengli is a project created by Alibaba Group to improve the living and working environment of employees, and at the same time serve the residents of the surrounding communities.
Qinchengli is divided into two areas: A and B. Zone A is an indoor shopping mall, covering an area of seven floors (including two basement floors). The settled shops are mainly Ali brands and restaurants. The former is led by Taobao Xinxuan, Tmall Genie Future Museum and Hema Xiansheng; The latter is represented by restaurants with different styles such as Grandma's House, Dayu Teppanyaki, and Fenghe Rili, accounting for nearly 40% of the total. The fifth floor of the top floor is a movie theater. In terms of bottom business, 7/11, wagas, and Starbucks, which are popular among young people, all have layouts. Zone B is an outdoor commercial block, mainly engaged in education, training and catering, connecting Ali Future Hotel and residential areas. At present, the area is still in the development stage, with only a few children's training institutions and restaurants in operation, and most of the shops are still closed.
Due to the short opening of the mall, there was not much traffic in the mall, and many high-tech interactive facilities arranged at the time of opening were also evacuated. It is reported that in the future, Qinchengli will introduce AR interactive facilities, virtual fitting devices and face recognition technology to create a variety of innovative consumption scenarios to innovate customers' offline consumption experience. With the current situation of Qinchengli, it is not worth patronizing, and it is not too late to wait for the mall to be fully equipped and the shops to settle in. The mall is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.
