BIBS International Kindergarten was formerly affiliated to the International Youth Exchange Center under the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, which used to be an English training center for children, and later changed to BIBS Education Group and transformed into a private kindergarten. The tuition fee of BIBS varies from park to park, such as Blue Harbor Park and Shunyi Garden, which cost as much as 150,000 academic years, while Ivy League Garden only has more than 20,000 academic years.
