Beijing Chaoyang Peihua Experimental Kindergarten was founded in 1989, formerly known as Soong Ching Ling Foundation Peihua Experimental Kindergarten, in 2009 it was converted into a private system and renamed Beijing Chaoyang District Peihua Experimental Kindergarten.
