Founded in 1994, Yonghe Little Oxford Bilingual Talent Kindergarten, formerly known as Beijing Little Oxford Bilingual Kindergarten, is the first international bilingual kindergarten in Beijing. The Little Oxford Bilingual Talent Kindergarten curriculum focuses on two aspects, one is bilingualism and the other is talent. Little Oxford adopts Chinese and English teaching, holds the certificate of employing foreign cultural and educational experts and foreign staff issued by the Beijing Bureau of Foreign Experts, all foreign teachers are full-time teachers, and the qualifications and employment methods of foreign teachers are guaranteed. However, the operation of Little Oxford Kindergarten adopts the franchise joint venture model, that is, under the premise of joining by Yonghe Preschool directly sent the principal, so the management of each kindergarten is unsatisfactory, and in recent years, the kindergarten class of the head park Anhui Kindergarten has also been complained by parents due to the lack of patience of teachers.

In terms of tuition, although the fees of each kindergarten are different, the average tuition fee is about 5,000 yuan a month. Three meals and two o'clock, 24 yuan per day, work and rest time from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. School bus service is provided at 450 yuan per month within 5 kilometers and 600 yuan per month within 10 kilometers.
