There is a small shop on the side of the street in Huifang, if you don't come here, it is difficult for pedestrians to take it seriously, this shop is more than 20 years old, and it is well-known among the locals. It was founded by Jia Wu, the father of the current owner, Jia Yunfeng, and uses ancestral craftsmanship. Jia Yunfeng drove a taxi for 12 years in his early years, and when his father was old, he took over the shop and started making grease filling. This traditional snack, which originated in Muslim homes, is not common throughout Xi'an.
