Wontons are a classic snack in many cities, but wontons filled with beef and made into butter are not common. Ma Nai Wonton was founded in 1985 and is considered by many Xi'an people to be the most delicious wonton.
The skin of the wonton is thin and the filling is large, the filling is the leg meat and rib meat of Qinchuan beef, and the soup comes from beef bones, beef butter and more than ten kinds of condiments. Each bowl has more than a dozen wontons, the skin is white, and the coriander floats on the soup. The soup is fresh and smooth, with a strong butter aroma, and among the flavors of several spices, Sichuan pepper has a slight upper hand. The wonton skin is smooth and firm, and the meat filling is delicate and flavorful, thin but not woody, and very elastic. In addition, the rice noodles and mutton soup in the store are also very popular and worth trying.
Ma Nai wonton is located in Xiyang Market in Huifang, and there is a big pot at the door of the store, in which the wontons are tumbling; Wonton soup is boiling in a cylindrical pot on the side, and the heat is rising. The interior of the store is clean and translucent, and a calligraphy and painting on the wall that reads "Weigai Sanqin" is very conspicuous. The waiter was friendly and the communication was quite smooth.
