Weijia Liangpi was born in Xi'an in 1999, and in 2007, the store upgraded the traditional rice peel flavor and began to sell hamburgers, officially becoming the dexter of Liangpi industry. As of 2018, Weijia Liangpi has more than 400 stores outside of Xi'an, making it the most successful chain of Liangpi stores.
