Zhu Electorate is a long-established store, and the proprietor has been setting up a stall to operate rice noodles since 1998. Nowadays, the owner has rented a shop in the Zhonglou business district, and its convenient location makes it worth tasting for both locals and tourists, and its chili oil is quite distinctive.
Unlike the chili oil of Xi'an rice paste, which is usually red in color and fragrant but not spicy, Zhu Xuanxuan is not as hot as Sichuan and Hunan provinces, but for some diners, it is enough to choke on the mouth. The aroma of dried pepper and rapeseed oil is not concealed by this, although vinegar is added to the rice skin, but the flavor is weak, compared with salty, fragrant and spicy. The rice skin itself is not superior, and can only taste the rice fragrance occasionally, and its taste is soft and glutinous, and there is no fault.
The space in the store is small, with only 5 or 6 shops, and the service is difficult to perfect due to the need to take care of takeaways. In order to save the trouble of washing dishes, the store even wraps plastic bags directly in the dishes, which inevitably affects the appetite. The shop also offers noodles, stir-fried cold skins, meat buns, and a mouthful of fragrant noodles, which are recommended for local diners to try the fried cold skin, which is a fragrant and glutinous noodle dish that is quite similar to Cantonese-style fried pho.
