One of Ichimatsu's first restaurants was Sakuracho Izakaya, which opened in 2012 and is now one of the most cost-effective Japanese restaurants in Ichimatsu. In 2016, Sakuracho Izakaya was relocated and reopened on the third floor of Century Kinhua in the high-tech zone.
Sakura-cho has the dining elements of an izakaya, grilled, fried, boiled, and fried. Chicken nuggets are a classic dish at izakaya and are crispy and juicy on the outside, making them popular in Sakura Town. The sushi is dominated by American-style California rolls, focusing on fancy, rich in toppings, and gorgeous in appearance. Compared with traditional Japanese cuisine that focuses on taste and minimalism, the contrast between the two is great. There are many alcoholic choices, such as draft beer, sake, shochu, etc., and the per capita consumption is reduced in the form of selling by the cup, and the friendliness is high. Brown sugar plum wine is a specialty drink of Sakura Town, and it is especially popular with female diners because of its brown sugar and ice cubes, and its brown sugar flavor neutralizes the sweetness of the plums.
In addition to the above classic dishes and drinks, the dishes of Sakura Town can range from sashimi and Japanese hot pot to to-cook and Japanese skewers. The ingredients are relatively basic, and there are no high-end products, so the average price of dishes is low, and the per capita consumption is about 150 yuan.
Located on the third floor of the high-tech century Kinka, the new Sakuracho izakaya store is decorated in a classic Japanese wooden style. Inside, there is a lot of space, dark wood tones, and dim lighting. The atmosphere is decent, with less of the fireworks of an izakaya. It is more appropriate to evaluate it as a general Japanese restaurant with a wide range of categories.
