In addition, Ocean Family has built tuna processing bases in Hangzhou, Ningbo and other places, and the seafood from all branches of the country is sent here. At the catering terminal, the Ocean Family Tuna Experience offers all the possibilities of tuna consumption. Sashimi is naturally the best way to use tuna meat, with the richest amount of fat in the belly and a soft taste; The amount of fat in the middle abdomen is secondary, and it is full of fresh and fragrant; The naked body has the lowest fat content, is thin but chewy, and has a sweet aftertaste.
