Balang Yan is a typical family-run restaurant, the family takes care of the kitchen, front desk, waiter work, love to chat with customers, the atmosphere is harmonious.

One of the restaurants is from Urumqi, and the biggest feature is that it adheres to local practices in Xinjiang and has authentic tastes. The shredded chicken pieces of pepper sesame chicken should be skinned as much as possible to ensure a crispy texture. Spicy Chicken wraps each piece of chicken in egg wash, deep-fried and then stir-fried, which is different from the "spicy fried chicken" in Sichuan, with an outer layer of puff pastry that locks in the gravy and makes the chicken more tender.

Therefore, the smell of mutton in the store is strong, and it is still difficult to remove the smell after being marinated in heavy ingredients, so most diners stay away. However, the price of lamb is very affordable, with an average of about 30% lower than the market price, which is suitable for diners who like to eat at the restaurant.

The restaurant is divided into two floors, it is recommended to sit on the second floor, the transparent glass window has good lighting, and the table spacing is large, which is relatively clean.
