Loulan Guli adopts standardized management. The chefs of each branch are directly appointed by the head office, and the ingredients are also uniformly distributed, and the dishes are generally not very different. Only the yogurt is distributed by the headquarters on the next day in the cold chain, and the transit is inevitable, but the date is fresh and does not affect its deliciousness at all. In terms of tableware, each table is equipped with an independent cutlery bag (chopsticks, spoons, disinfectant wipes, dry wipes), which is intimate and easy to use, which is rare in public restaurants in Xi'an.

Loulan Guli's cooking is spicy, the reason is that Qin pepper is used instead of Xinjiang line pepper, so the spiciness of the large plate of chicken, lamb scorpion pot, and spicy lamb tripe is a step higher than that of other stores, and the fragrance is also enough, which is very suitable for people who like spicy food. The decoration is mainly blue and yellow, and the paintings and hanging decorations on the wall are rough and slightly rustic.
