Herbs is a pure German food from Germany, while Lambach is a German food brand created by the Chinese themselves. Founded in 2006, the company has more than a dozen chain stores in many cities in China with German food that is more in line with the taste of Chinese people.
The pork back meat selected for crispy beer barbecue has thick skin, fat and thin, and is marinated in beer soup before being roasted over fire, the roast meat has a crispy outer skin, and the lean part is more tender than the roasted pork knuckle. Gluten with beef mushrooms also has a strong German color, and the German gluten used is a popular staple food in many parts of the country, similar in shape to spaghetti, but with a more elastic texture than spiral pasta. When making, blanching gluten, beef and mushrooms and adding plenty of butter and creamy mushroom juice to bake together, the whole dish is sticky and creamy, but the sweet and greasy taste is not acceptable to every customer, so it is recommended to choose carefully.
Compared with the first two dishes, Sicilian parfait is completely small and fresh, with a taste between ice cream and yogurt, refreshing and cold, and has a better anti-greasy effect as an after-dinner dessert. In addition to German cuisine, Lambach also serves Western dishes such as steak, lamb chops, and Spanish ham, but the lamb chops have a large smell, the Spanish ham has too much fat, the taste is fatty, and the freshness of Zhangzidao oysters is not good.
Unlike the model of Herbach's own beer, all of Lambach's beers are imported from Germany. Wheat beer is the main product of the German brewery Landberg, with a soft taste and fine foam, suitable for novices who taste German beer for the first time; Landberg Pearsner beer has a refreshing taste, a slight bitterness in the mouth, but a mellow aftertaste, which is the favorite of German beer veterans; Rangker Smoked Beer has a unique color and smoky flavor that makes it a great choice for early adopters.
There are a number of TV projections in the Lambach room, which broadcast the event in real time, and the dining atmosphere is lively. The service staff is well-trained, will introduce the dishes first, take the initiative to change the plates, and help distribute the meal if needed. Most of the dishes in the restaurant are prepared on site, and the dishes take a long time to serve, with an average waiting time of about half an hour during peak hours.
