Ali Barbecue is one of the few well-known Xinjiang barbecue stalls, located in an alley on Fruit Lake Pedestrian Street, and is only open at night. Whenever the store opens, the owner fills the alley with simple tables and chairs, and the smoky smell and signature light box beckons the moment, especially the street atmosphere.
There are only 9 dishes in the store, and the lamb skewers, lamb chops, and lamb tendons are highly praised. The meat skewers are evenly skewered with alternating fat and thin, and the meal is grilled quickly with a strong fire, and the taste retains the authentic Xinjiang style, which is extremely soft and tender, and the meat is juicy and enjoyable. The lamb chops retain the ribs, with a rich aroma of flesh and bones, and a crispy texture. The tendon is relatively tested for the tooth mouth, which is taken from the main tendon of the cow's back muscle, and the heat is just poured out when roasting, and the entrance is full of chewiness.
The only indoor area of the shop is used as a kitchen, and on rainy days, the owner will set up a plastic greenhouse to continue the operation until the stove is closed. Unfortunately, the garbage disposal area and Internet café in the vicinity of the store are not only relatively complicated in terms of crowd flow, but also tend to breed odors in warm and hot weather, which can ruin the dining experience. In addition, the store ingredients are placed arbitrarily, and the disposal of discarded sticks and bottles and cans is not timely, which also affects the overall image of the store.
