Vegetarian restaurants like to make a big fuss about the names of their dishes, often changing the language of Buddhist scriptures and using them in dishes, although there is a certain meaning, but it is often unclear. Sunflower has changed this atmosphere and borrowed from the menu of Western food, and presented the ingredients and recipes to diners simply and directly, such as the restaurant's signature "Thousand Pages Tofu with Tomato Salsa", which is easy to see.
