Wu Yuan由中国厨师协会副会长张元富掌门,早年店里的传统精致川菜、家常风味均由他一手操办,在业内影响力颇高。大小美食评论媒体更是为餐厅镀金,2016年获评“美食&美酒 BEST50中国最佳餐厅”、“中国餐厅榜 BEST100”,可谓风光无限。但掌门人张元富年事已高,后厨已交由弟子李军接管,出品有所下滑,菜式也有所缩水。

The dishes focus on taste experience, the presentation is beautiful and plain, and the cost performance is very high, especially suitable for family banquets and family and friend dinners.

Wuyuan holds the 8,000-acre farm base in Danjingshan, Pengzhou, and also has more than 400 acres of land in Shuangliu District, which is closer to the city center. Most of the vegetables, fruits, and meats in the restaurant are self-sufficient, and the ingredients are flexible and fresh enough. The daily kitchen preparation is relatively sufficient, and if the guests are not enough to eat, they can temporarily add dishes.

The Huazhaobi store has been open for a long time, and traces of time can be seen everywhere, and the private room equipment is a little old. On the other side of the garden, there is a mahjong room, which is a private environment for guests who are not entertaining and relaxing during non-dinner hours. However, according to guest feedback, the tea, snacks, and services in the mahjong room need to be billed separately, and the price is high. At the end of 2017, the Laide College branch opened, the environment is much better than the old store of Huazhaobi, the dining room is hung with authentic calligraphy and paintings, Chinese screens, tables and chairs, and the details are all simple, elegant and friendly, which is more suitable for business banquets.

Xuanxuan Courtyard and Wuyuan in Kuanzhai Alley are in the same class, and the chef team is basically from the same master, and the quality is relatively consistent. But its dishes are home-cooked, affordable, no different from public restaurants, and lack the intimate atmosphere of private dishes.
