Moonlight Wharf is located next to Jinji Lake, where many mid-to-high-end restaurants are gathered, combined with the rather petty bourgeois Western-style buildings, many literary and artistic youths often gather here. Many of the more Westernized restaurants here serve desserts, and Unico is undoubtedly one of the best.
As a cake shop, there are not many types of Unico. The cakes in the store are placed on the transparent counter, and diners can order them to pick them up, and the kitchen will replenish them in a timely manner. However, on business days with less customer traffic, the flow of desserts is slow, and the production level drops slightly, but fortunately, the fluctuation range is not large.
Unicol serves tiramisu in a cup, topped with a thick layer of cocoa powder and a meringue for depiction, with the former predominating in bitterness. The mascarpone cheese at the bottom is very smooth, slightly sweeter, and very refreshing with cocoa powder, which is bitter and sweet after eating, quite in line with the happy joy of tiramisu "take me away".
Matcha jasmine mille-feuille and durian mille-feuille are both highly acclaimed desserts. The top of the matcha jasmine mille-feuille is cream, and the bottom is the matcha mille-feuille cake. The cream has a light taste, and the matcha flavor of the cake is also very prominent, but the layering is slightly lacking and needs to be improved. The durian flavor of the durian mille-feuille is very strong, full of layers, but it is slightly greasy, and like the matcha jasmine mille-feuille, the pie crust is too soft and slightly lacking in layering. Overall, both of these are worth recommending.
The store uses rag dolls as ordering cards, which forms a contrast with the rich literary environment. Unico's main dark black classical literary style, with many types of seats in the store, and plenty of space, is very suitable for gathering and relaxing.
