Wagas Suzhou Center - Reviews

Wagas was founded by John F. Christensen from Denmark, who had lived in China for many years and opened a restaurant because it was difficult to find the perfect sandwich in Shanghai. Wagas's first store was born in 1999, a year before the new element, and the main positioning of the restaurant is the main positioning白领群体,门店也都位于写字楼周边。成立至今,Wagas不仅在多个城市开有分店,旗下还拥有Baker&Spice、Mr Willis、La Strada、Henkes、Bang、Mithai、Amokka等子品牌,目前已是国内最具竞争力的轻食品牌之一。

Wagas has always advocated for high quality and consistency of taste, so the food is highly standardized, and the taste is basically the same everywhere in the country. Suzhou restaurant serves 7 kinds of Brunch dishes, all of which are in the form of platters, with a complete range of flavors and stable tastes. Meal 1 consists of a small bowl of oatmeal with a small amount of fruit and nuts in it, and the content is simple, suitable for women who want to stay in shape. Meals 2-5 are egg sets, which include eggs, meat and toast, and can be fried, scrambled and poached.

Meal 6 is the most popular and consists of roasted pumpkin, developed cheese, taboli salad, fried egg and avocado. The pumpkin itself is rich in crude fiber, low in calories, and has a sweet and waxy taste after roasting; The taboli salad is a mix of quinoa, tomato puree and a variety of vegetables, seasoned with olive oil vinaigrette, and several ingredients are generally high enough for everyone to enjoy. Meal 7 is huge, with smoked salmon fruit pomegranate, avocado sauce with vanilla quinoa pancakes and chia seed oat yogurt in addition to poached eggs. Chia seeds are no less important than avocados in the light food world, because they are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and dietary fiber, and are often called "superfoods" on major health menus, and are loved by fitness people.

Similar to the new element, salads are also a signature item at Wagas. The signature Wagas salad is a vegan salad with green beans, lettuce, lentils, pumpkin and roasted tomatoes, which can be enjoyed by vegetarians without burden. The chicken avocado mango salad has a unique flavour, and the homemade lemon honey mustard and creamy avocado pair is impressive. There are also more than a dozen freshly squeezed juices in the store, such as Rainforest, Gardener's Peter, Kama Kama, and more.

Located on the first floor of Suzhou Central Mall, the restaurant has a colorful and vibrant interior, and the exterior wall is also designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, giving people a clean and fresh look. The service staff is friendly and warm, and the needs of customers can basically be satisfied. It should be noted that the Brunch is available before 11 a.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
