Ohyo Kitchen is one of Suzhou's most famous all-day dining restaurants. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the South Building of Suyue Plaza, opposite Zhongshuge Bookstore, and is surrounded by Phoenix Plaza, Xinghai Plaza, Xingya Hui and Rainbow Shopping Mall, as well as two landmark attractions, Central Park and Oriental Gate.
Ohyo Kitchen's Brunch menu is quite varied, with a wide range of options for platters alone. The Ohyo King set menu is more American, with a particularly rich selection of meats and fried items, including dice bull's eye, roast chicken, eggs, french fries, fried onion rings and Thuringian sausage. Thuringian sausages are the veteran sausages from Thuringia in central Germany, made with pork and spiced with a variety of seasonings such as celery, marjoram and garlic. Unlike Benedict's thin layer of egg whites, the Scotch eggs have a crispy layer of minced meat that looks like croquettes. After cutting, the egg inside is already in a state of softness, and there is little egg liquid, although it is not completely authentic, but it is worth tasting as a fresh dish.
