From Monday to Friday (except public holidays), the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to Central, Admiralty and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai, but seats are limited, advance reservation is required and the service is only available at designated times.

The Harbour View Room faces the beautiful coastline of Hong Kong Island West, overlooking Lantau South and the islands of Hong Kong Island West. Mountain view rooms overlook the expansive hilltop and Pokfulam Village. The specific rooms and prices need to be consulted by phone, which is more inconvenient.
With two lounges, two training restaurants and 24-hour in-room dining, T Hotel is only available to hotel guests and members of the Food and Beverage Institute. Located in the heart of the hotel, the bright and open lounge serves breakfast and offers all-day international cuisine and specialty beverages. The on-site training restaurant is operated by the English Catering Society. The Institute is a private membership organization that provides internship opportunities for Hotel and Tourism Academy trainees to prepare a variety of new dishes by apprentice chefs, and all guests will automatically become members of the English Food and Beverage Institute during their stay at T Hotel.
Walk up the stairs in the hotel lobby to reach the Spa Concierge. Appointments are open for 30 days, with the last appointment at 3:00 pm. Acupressure and Hawaiian Massage are available only at HK$450 for 90 minutes. Except for the spa, the hotel is not equipped with gymnasium, swimming pool or other facilities.
