The 56-storey Island Shangri-La Hotel, Hong Kong, is a landmark located in one of Hong Kong's most prominent shopping, cultural and commercial districts, approximately 40 minutes' drive from the Hong Kong International Airport. In the lobby of the hotel, there is a 16-storey Chinese landform silk painting - "Great Rivers and Mountains", and the lobby lounge is also planted with an old banyan tree that is more than 140 years old, bringing an extraordinary visual enjoyment to the guests who step into the hotel.
The hotel has a total of 565 spacious rooms and luxury suites. All rooms and suites are decorated with Asian inspired European furnishings, with stunning views of the city, Victoria Peak or Victoria Harbour. There are two types of guest rooms: Deluxe Mountain View Room and Deluxe Sea View Room, with an area of about 40 square meters, and the price starts from HK$3,000 per night. Horizon Club rooms are also available with mountain and sea views, with prices starting from HK$6,000 per night. Although it is only the same 40 square metres as the room, Horizon Club guests can enjoy Shangri-La's distinctive hospitality, including private in-room check-in and check-out, as well as late check-out until 4pm. Concierge services such as special travel arrangements and basic interpreters, tea, coffee or other hot beverages, and a waiter to your room during morning wake-up service. There are five types of suites, including Executive Suites, Harbour View Suites, Hong Kong Suites, Shangri-La Suites and Presidential Suites, ranging from 80 to 210 square metres, with rates starting from HK$7,000 per night, as well as exclusive Horizon Club Lounge services and privileges.

The fitness center and swimming pool are located on the eighth floor of the hotel and are available for use by fitness center members and hotel guests. The hotel has a total of 8 meeting rooms, which can be flexibly spaced to accommodate banquets, receptions or special meetings of various sizes and formats.
