The hotel has three types of rooms: Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Sea View Rooms and Deluxe Suites, all of which are 3.3 meters high and range from 43 to 75 square meters. Thirteen of the Deluxe Rooms feature city views from HK$1,500 per night, and feature a King-size Sealy Executive Pillowtouch mattress and Egyptian cotton linens. Priced from HK$2,000 per night, the 11 Deluxe Harbour View Rooms feature a Rosewood floor, premium fabrics and furnishings, a kitchen, a large living room and floor-to-ceiling glass with a rare view of the greenery. The 8 grand suites are designed in a mansion and feature 75 square metres of space with a mini bar, where guests can enjoy a drink with their friends and enjoy the stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the surrounding greenery, with prices starting at HK$2,600 per night. It is important to note that all units of the hotel are non-smoking and guests are not allowed to smoke in their rooms.
The hotel has a 24-hour private fitness space, and a jogging route around the verdant lawns and Victoria Harbour is also planned. The hotel does not have dining facilities open to the public, and only provides private dining for in-house guests.
