In terms of dining, the hotel has partnered with PDT (Please Don't Tell), a renowned cocktail bar in New York, making PDT Hong Kong the first permanent PDT bar outside of New York City. Another French restaurant, Amber, has been awarded two Michelin stars and was named to the 2018 list of the world's 50 best restaurants. The restaurant combines avant-garde style with unique lighting effects in a modern style. In addition to breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and lunch and dinner, the all-day dining restaurant MO Bar serves special cocktails throughout the day, transforming into an exquisite night club for drinks and gatherings every night, with DJs and live music playing every Sunday, creating a modern carnival night atmosphere.
Occupying two floors of the hotel, the Oriental Spa features 15 treatment rooms and a VIP suite for couples, one of the few in Hong Kong.
