Located in the West Lake Liulang Wenying Park, surrounded by green trees and winding paths, Linhu Vegetarian is the most well-known vegetarian restaurant in Hangzhou.

Like Guiyu Mountain House, the lakeside restaurant does not have the popular imitation meat and vegetarian food on the market. The restaurant is strict about the selection and preparation of the ingredients, using organic or green produce, and most of the ingredients are prepared with strict standards for portion and size. Although the restaurant will also change the menu from time to time, compared with the big vegetable unbounded and Guiyu Mountain House, the variety of vegetarian dishes in Linhu is much simpler, and the total number of dishes is only about 20.

In order to ensure the best taste, the thickness of each piece of lotus root is almost controlled at about 5 mm, and then cut from the middle, leaving only a small part connected, stuffing the prepared mushroom filling into the middle, frying it in high temperature hot oil until it changes color, and finally putting the sweet and sour sauce on the pot. The lotus root slices evenly wrapped in sweet and sour sauce are crisp and crisp in the mouth, with a strong sweet and sour flavor but not a throat sourness. Boiled tofu is a new dish launched at the end of 17, changing the previous light and peaceful style, the tofu is added with a lot of Sichuan oil and pepper and plant spices, from the outside to the inside of the pepper aroma. If you don't like spicy food, you can order mushroom tofu, which is simmered in wild mushroom soup and is fresher, more fragrant and more flavorful.

Matsutake teapot soup is also a fine vegetarian product in Linhu, after high temperature stewing, the aroma of matsutake mushrooms has been released into the soup, and the whole pot soup is seasoned with only a few loose salts, and the soup taste is pure and original. The only disadvantage is that the mushroom filling in the fried crispy chops of Linhu vegetarian is slightly loose, but the unit price is nearly 30 yuan cheaper than the fried tofu and the cost performance is higher.

The courtyard where Linhu Vegetarian is located was built in 1929, with many pavilions and corridors, which is a standard Chinese courtyard. From the courtyard to the lobby, you will pass through a short section of white vine flower gallery, and the scenery is even more amazing when the white vine flowers bloom from April to May every year. The lobby is decorated with calligraphy, paintings, and green plants in many places, and the breeze outside the window is breezy, and the blue waves ripple, making the environment elegant and pleasant. All the service staff in the restaurant are dressed in Western-style formal attire, polite and proper, all kinds of questions can be answered patiently, and the service fee will be charged 15% in addition to the meal. Linhu vegetarian food is located in the West Lake Scenic Area, with a large number of visitors, if you want to go to eat, it is recommended to book a week in advance.
