Opened in Shanghai in 2011, its Bund and Meiguan stores in Shanghai were awarded one Michelin star in 2018, and several other branches have been shortlisted for the Michelin Bib Gourmand Food Recommendation several times. At present, there are 9 vegetarian restaurants in many cities, including 2 in Hangzhou.

Most of the dishes are made by the current Executive Chef Xu Dong, who has been focusing on vegetarian catering for 10 years and has mastered the food and cooking of different countries, so many of the dishes are borrowed from French, American, Japanese, Southeast Asian and other countries. The restaurant has always kept the menu to less than 50 dishes, of which 30 are year-round classics, and the remaining 10-20 dishes are seasonal dishes. When formulating the dishes, Xu Dong determined the style of "green in spring, red in summer, yellow and white in autumn and winter" according to the characteristics of seasonal ingredients. The new time of the restaurant's dishes is linked to the 24 solar terms, and 10 new dishes are launched every year on the 8 solar terms of the beginning of spring, the stunning, the beginning of summer, the mango seed, the beginning of autumn, the white dew, the beginning of winter, and the heavy snow.

The variety of dishes and the new time of the Hangzhou restaurant are basically the same as those of the Shanghai restaurant, and the taste control has been maintained at a very good level. The bead blinds are made from sea grapes from Nha Trang, Vietnam, which are wrapped in strings around an iron fork and then impregnated with a chef's homemade mustard sauce to remove the fishy smell of sea grapes. After maceration, the appearance of sea grapes is dark green and round, crystal clear, and it bursts in the mouth with a gentle pressure on the tip of the tongue, and the juice is sour and fresh. Stuffed with Fujian Gutian lion's mane mushrooms, the fried tofu is wrapped in tofu and fried with breadcrumbs, the skin is fried and greasy, and it is served with tomato sauce and homemade salty sauce, and it is also served with stir-fried peeled sesame seeds, so customers can enjoy grinding their own sesame seeds before eating. In order to ensure the integrity of the ingredients and soup base, the chef abandons the traditional boiling method and instead steames the soup. April Day is composed of avocado mousse and French shortbread, and is decorated with dragon fruit, blueberries, grapes and other fruits. It should be noted that the beaded blinds are delivered to the store at noon every day, and are often served in the afternoon, so if you want to taste this dish at noon, it is best to check with the store in advance.

Hangzhou's two large vegetable unbounded are located in the MixC and Guoda City Plaza respectively, with a superior geographical location, and the entertainment and shopping around the restaurant are quite convenient. Among them, the MixC store has the theme of "Bamboo Shadows", using duckweed and bamboo forest elements to create a quiet and ethereal atmosphere, while the decoration of the NUS store focuses on the image of "tree shadows", and the whole restaurant is lush and full of vitality. All the service staff of the two stores are polite, and will explain the ingredients and cooking methods of each dish in detail when serving, and will ask for dining experience and dish opinions after the meal, which is not inferior to the Shanghai branch.
