Fenghe Rili, which advertises as a "new Zhejiang restaurant", is a mid-range Zhejiang cuisine brand under the famous domestic restaurant group Harvest Day, focusing on new cuisine that integrates the characteristics of Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing cuisines. Since the brand's stores are located in popular shopping malls, it has always been very popular.
It belongs to Zhejiang cuisine, one of the eight major cuisines in China, and is composed of Hangzhou cuisine, Ningbo cuisine, Shaoxing cuisine and Wenzhou cuisine. Zhejiang is located in the land of fish and rice, and is adjacent to the East China Sea, so all kinds of fresh seafood have become an important element of Zhejiang cuisine. Crab, yellow croaker, and anchovy are common signature ingredients.
As the first of the "top ten famous dishes" in the store, the scallion oil cream crab is only decent. The small size of the crab makes the crab meat, which should be full of fat, too compact; Heavy seasoning disrupts the balance of the palate and makes the ingredients lose their original flavor. Another famous dish, wine-flavored anchovies, stood out. However, the cold and slow service attitude is criticized, and the service other than serving the food often needs to be reminded by customers, which is annoying. The price of 150 per capita does not match the good and bad products of the restaurant, and the cost performance is low. If it's not located in a crowded shopping mall, it's not a great place to enjoy seafood.
