The seafood workshop has only one store for many years, and it still maintains a high level of competitiveness in the industry.

The celebrity group to which the restaurant belongs is developed from the Zhonghao Typhoon Shelter Restaurant established in 1999. After nearly 20 years of development, the group has derived more than 10 catering enterprises, and has built a stable food supply chain in Dalian, Taizhou and other places. In addition to traditional Hangzhou cuisine, the dishes of Famous Seafood Workshop and other well-known brand of the Group, "Famous Masters", also absorb many elements of Cantonese cuisine and Sichuan cuisine, but the production of the workshop is more inclined to seafood.

The Atelier is excellent in terms of the variety of dishes, with a wide variety of seafood and a menu that adapts to the seasons and is flexible. Steamed treasure fish is a classic representative of Cantonese cuisine, also known as "flounder", it is mostly produced in the coastal areas of Guangdong, the body is flat and thick, the meat is white and muscular, and the tender taste of the fish can be guaranteed to the greatest extent by steaming and cooking. The workshop inherits the Chinese technique of Cantonese cuisine, the steamed fish is just right, and the green onion and soy sauce are poured over it after the pot is cooked, which is fresh and delicious, and the fish is fragrant and tender. The slightly smaller Jiwei shrimp is boiled in white, the color is translucent, the meat is tight and refreshing, accompanied by a simple soy sauce dipping food, the taste is strong and fresh, and the taste is plain. King crab, tiger grouper, lobster and other common dishes in seafood restaurants also have qualified performance in the workshop, but the taste is not unique, and it is not worth a special trip to the store to taste.

In order to attract diners, the workshop will launch about 10 special dishes every month, and the prices are mostly between 9.9 yuan and 29.9 yuan, which is low and attractive. However, under the market law of "you get what you pay for", the taste of these dishes is difficult to withstand the test of taste buds, such as steamed abalone with garlic, roasted sweet shrimp in sauce, scallion oil clams and other dishes, the portion is limited, the taste is mediocre, and it is acceptable for daily eating. In addition, for high-priced dishes such as lobster, sea cucumber, and sashimi, the store will also reduce the amount of food and launch it in a special dish package, which is awkwardly positioned.

Located at the intersection of Tianmu Mountain Road and Huanggushan Road, the workshop is decorated in a simple modern Chinese style, exquisite and elegant, but due to the long opening time, some decorative elements are aging and outdated, and the appearance is not good. The service is a little rushed, and it is difficult to respond in time during peak hours, and the speed of serving will be slowed down accordingly. Comparatively, the workshop is more suitable for daily family meals than business dinners.
