Peace Cinema is an early adopter of professional IMAX technology, but in recent years, with the increasing number of IMAX theaters in Shanghai, its appeal has also weakened.
The expensive Dolby Atmos 4K auditorium is located on the fifth floor, which can accommodate 400 people, and the sound and image effect is excellent, so it is recommended to go to experience it. On the sixth floor, there are three movie halls 1, 2 and 3, which can accommodate more than 200 people, and the 7th and 3rd rooms are located on the 4th and 3rd floors respectively. The spacing between the seats in the theater is slightly smaller, which is slightly crowded. All floors can be reached by helicopter, in case of heavy traffic on weekends and holidays, the elevator may be crowded, you need to wait in line, it is recommended to arrive early.
Ticket dispensers are located next to the entrance on the 2nd to 6th floors, making it easy to pick up tickets. There is a lounge next to the sales department on the 5th and 6th floors, which is not convenient for consumers who watch movies on other floors. In addition, there are cafes and rooftop sky gardens, which are also a good place for casual gatherings. Some ticketing platforms support changes 2 hours before the opening of the movie ticket in Peace Movie City, and a change fee of 5 yuan per ticket will be charged.
Due to its location in the heart of Shanghai, the surrounding environment is very lively, and public transportation is relatively convenient, consumers who come by car can park their vehicles in the Raffles City underground parking lot, which often has road congestion during peak periods, so you need to plan your travel time in advance.
