拉蒂娜(Latina)是拉蒂娜餐饮管理有限公司旗下经营的高档巴西料理品牌。拉蒂娜于1998年从巴西来到中国,是第一家将巴西烧烤带到中国的连锁餐饮品牌。首家门店落户Shanghai已有20年之久,目前在沪上共有四家分店。餐厅曾获2014《城市周报》“最佳拉美餐厅”、 2015 That's PRD Food & Drink Awards“最佳拉丁餐厅”、“最受家庭喜爱餐厅”等多项荣誉,其老牌资历和连锁规模奠定了拉蒂娜沪上第一巴西餐厅的地位。
Unlike traditional à la carte restaurants, all dishes at Latina are buffet-style. The main dish is Brazilian barbecue, with beef and lamb as the main dishes. Latina has more than a dozen types of grilled meats, among which the signature triangle meat is made of high-quality rump loin, grilled until crispy, with a tempting oil on the outside and a bloodshot pink inside. The outer ring is covered with a thin layer of fat, and the entrance is soft and delicate without losing the rich taste. However, most diners find it difficult to accept the blood-streaked third doneness, so you can tell the chef to specify the doneness yourself. Another beef shoulder is wrapped in tin foil and simmered over low heat, the doneness is close to full cooking, the outside is crispy and tender on the inside under a long time of baking, the meat strips are distinct, and the entrance still maintains a plump juice, which is evocative. Roasted beef tongue is a whole piece of beef tongue roasted in the oven, and the chef can thin cut it on the spot so that diners can see the delicate texture of the beef tongue, which is soft and smooth in the mouth, and there is no bloody smell. In addition, there are beef ribs, Argentine sirloin steak, garlic steak, lamb chops and other meats, but the meat quality is medium, and it is seasoned with sea salt and spices when grilled, and the taste is mostly salty and dry and hard, which is not very in line with the taste of Chinese people. In addition to beef and mutton, the restaurant also offers grilled shrimp, grilled salmon, grilled oysters, grilled scallops and other seafood barbecues, which are served by waiters from time to time and sandwiched to the plates of diners in need.
It is worth mentioning that there is a small "cow" shaped sign on the dining table, with different colors on the front and back. Turning green means that diners still need to grill the meat, and turning red means that they have finished eating and do not need to ask. This detail is not only easy for chefs to identify, save time, but also allow diners to have a more scientific and comfortable dining experience.
In addition to grilled meats served by the chef, diners can also choose from salads, hot dishes, cold dishes, fruits, desserts and sauces at the restaurant's buffet bar. A freshly colored palm core salad is one of the specialties of Brazil. The palm core is the inner core of the stem of the Queente palm tree, which grows only in and around the Amazon basin in South America. Due to the limitations of the growing environment, it is very precious and is called the "king of vegetables". Brazil has the largest number of wild Quercia Ente palms in the world, and is gradually turning to cultivation to protect wild sources and reduce the cost of consumption. This salad is made with a palm core as the main ingredient, accompanied by cherry cherry tomatoes and finished with a drizzle of vanilla olive oil juice, which is light and delicious, and very appetizing. The coconut pudding in the dessert is delicately plated, and the tender pudding has a smooth taste, soft and delicious.
