Huama Paradise Silk Road is a newly opened northwest restaurant under Yunnan Restaurant Group Huama Paradise. The Silk Road Restaurant is luxuriously decorated and has a very Western style, and is the first choice for business banquets in Shanghai's Northwest cuisine.
丝绸之路所在的位置是原沪上热门餐厅 Mesa & Manifesto的经营处，在Mesa & Manifesto停业后，花马天堂开始接手重新设计。餐厅共有两层，一楼为迎客大堂，二楼是就餐区，就餐区装饰精致，许多饰件元素都充满了西安、兰州、敦煌等西北城市的特色。贯穿一二楼的柱子大有来头，由多位画家耗时1年完成。这根柱子由多块木板拼接而成，每块木板上都画满了菩萨、飞天女神等莫高窟壁画，某些壁画甚至按照1：1的比例还原，现场看来相当壮观，也成为了丝绸之路的代表标志。
The restaurant's Hu Cake is similar in shape to an Israeli pita bread, with a mixture of minced meat filled into a rectangular dough. Compared with the Israeli pita, the dough of the hu cake is only a thin layer, the texture is softer, the meat filling inside is tender and juicy, and the ingredients are full, it is easy to feel full. Gannan Tibetan roast beef is grilled over low heat, and thick slices of beef are neatly arranged on one side of a black plate, next to two straight dipping sauces, one for chili noodles and the other for chili sauce. On the other side of the beef, there are two bowls of kimchi, one sour and one sweet, so diners can choose to eat beef first and then kimchi, or the two together, both of which taste quite good.
The Silk Road defines its own cuisine as "silk cuisine", with Northwest cuisine, as well as some Indian, Pakistani and Afghan dishes, and in order to complete the banquet attributes, the menu also includes multiple seafood dishes. Compared with the previous restaurants, the northwest cuisine of the Silk Road can be said to be very limited, including only the most common dishes such as beef and mutton, dough cakes, and cold skin. The restaurant service is relatively good, the service staff is professional and in place, with the quality of a high-end restaurant.
