Tang Yun Qinfeng's first store opened in 2005 and is the earliest Shaanxi restaurant in Shanghai. The restaurant's menu includes a variety of common dishes in southern Shaanxi, Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi, and is loved by many diners for its rich dishes and affordable prices.
Stir-fried jelly is a home-cooked dish in Shaanxi, but it is not common in Shaanxi restaurants in Shanghai, jelly is made of starch colloidal solidification, and extra care needs to be taken when stir-frying, otherwise the jelly block is easy to break. Tang Yun Qinfeng's jelly is homemade in the restaurant, and when stir-fried according to local practices, only a small amount of chili, oil, vinegar, shallots and other condiments are added, the appearance is white and clear, and the taste is tender and smooth, which is very suitable for pre-dinner appetizers. Xi'an Liangpi belongs to the table must order, a plate full of cold skin is covered with chili oil, soybean sprouts, cucumber shreds and carrot shreds, just the look has made people full of appetite, under the seasoning of chili oil and vinegar, the whole plate of cold skin is sour and spicy, and then accompanied by the soft taste of roasted bran together with the mouth, can not stop at all.
Compared with the popular dish of Liangpi, Shaanxi stewed vegetables and chicken soup and small pot hemp food taste are relatively regional, which are more favored by Shaanxi diners. Braised vegetables are commonly found in northern Shaanxi, and are generally stewed with a variety of ingredients such as tofu, shiitake mushrooms, meatballs, meat slices, vermicelli, green vegetables, fungus, carrots, etc., which are simple to prepare and nutritious. Tang Yun Qinfeng's stewed dishes only use shiitake mushrooms, meatballs, meat slices, vermicelli and cabbage, and the rich ingredients are mixed in the cloudy soup, which is relatively average and not all customers can accept. Ma Shi (Ma Shi) is a kind of pasta commonly found in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province, a single hemp food is slightly thin in the middle, the edge is upturned, like a kitten ear, therefore, there are also many people to refer to hemp food with cat ear noodles. Tang Yun and Qin Feng's hemp food is stewed in chicken soup, and the soup also contains cabbage, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery and other ingredients, which is similar to the big stew, but the appearance and taste are better.
Similar to the menu setting of Daqin Mansion, Tang Yun Qinfeng not only has northwest meat dishes such as gourd chicken, hand-grabbed lamb chops, and stewed mutton, but also includes non-northwest dishes such as sizzling bullfrog, pan-fried hairtail, Thai-style stir-fried pork, and saliva chicken. The stability of the meat dishes in the restaurant is not as stable as that of special dishes and noodles, and the taste is slightly weaker than the same dishes in Daqin Mansion.
The Rushan Road store is the first store to open, and although it has been open for nearly 13 years, the interior of the restaurant is still magnificent. The overall decoration style is similar to that of Daqin Mansion, and the entrance is also garrisoned by two terracotta warriors, and the stone carvings on the wall are very Han and Tang Dynasty charm. Parking around the restaurant is convenient, and there will be a special person to direct at the door, and there is no parking fee. The service level is comparable to that of Daqin Mansion, and the response speed is slow during the peak period of dining, and the service is not timely enough to be improved.
Yubei Xiaoguan and Dunhuang Xiaoting are also well-known northwest restaurants in Shanghai, each of which has opened 4 branches in Shanghai, but the dishes of these two restaurants are mainly concentrated in fast food such as stuffed skin, meat sandwich buns, and Zhenzi noodles.
