However, the same popular dish of pot-wrapped pork is actually mediocre, the batter and meat slices are very thin, but they are still not fried thoroughly, and the cross-section is all wet batter; The pouring is even more unsuccessful, and the sweetness and sourness are not prominent. The sauerkraut in the pickled vegetable noodles is flown in from the Northeast and is salty and sour, but the vermicelli is too soft, there are many broken pieces, and there is a large amount of minced garlic buried in the crevices, which may be troublesome for diners who do not like to eat garlic.
