Hyatt on the Bund Hotel-Xianghui-Merchant Reviews

Hyatt on the Bund is a member of the Grand Hyatt brand of the Hyatt Hotels Group, and has hosted many celebrities such as French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Paris Hilton, Celine Dion, Kobe, Yao Ming and many others. Located on the second floor of the hotel, Xianghui has dishes from Chinese to European cuisine, where diners and friends can enjoy a dining experience with color, aroma and taste.

There are six open kitchens, where all hot dishes are cooked live by the chef, so diners don't have to worry about the dishes being stored for too long. The restaurant offers a wide range of meats, from grilled steaks, lamb chops, suckling pig, chicken, and sea bass to seafood such as oysters, salmon, snow crab legs, lobster, scallops, and conch. The restaurant also has a wide selection of staple dishes, ranging from Chinese noodles and xiao long bao to freshly baked pizza and sushi. Almost every hotel cafeteria in Shanghai has good desserts, and this place is no exception, with desserts and ice cream filling an entire stall, and the quality and appearance are very attractive. The main attraction of the Xianghui is the all-you-can-drink menu, including champagne, red and white wine, beer and sake, and the free selection of drinks is more than the buffet in other five-star hotels.

The space is so large that it doesn't look crowded even if it's crowded. The waiters are enthusiastic and proactive, not only helping diners pour drinks, but also tidying up the tables for diners in a timely manner. If the diner has any request, just wave his hand and the waiter will respond immediately, and the dining experience is good.

The trendy bar on the 32nd floor of the Hyatt Hotel is the filming location of the movie "Little Times", and you can visit it for free if you spend more than 350 yuan per person at the Xianghui, where you can not only enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Bund, but also enjoy the foot bath on the terrace. However, minors are not allowed to enter the bar after 9 o'clock, so diners with children are advised to visit as soon as possible.
