More than 90% of the teachers of the International Department of Beijing Normal University have master's and doctoral degrees, and graduated from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chinese People's University, Beijing Normal University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of California, Berkeley and other well-known universities at home and abroad. The national curriculum and international curriculum cultivate students' national cultural heritage, consolidate students' knowledge base, and cultivate students' critical thinking and cross-cultural communication skills. AP courses stimulate students' learning potential, develop academic expertise, and establish a college professional direction. High school is a critical period for the formation of students' personalities and their independent development. In order to meet the personalized growth needs of students, the PGA high school curriculum class continues to create a unique "career planning education system". Since 2008, the International Department has implemented a school-based career curriculum system covering the three years of high school, and the first to third years of high school are taught according to modular content.
