Q Mex是一家休闲主题的墨西哥餐馆，其本店“Q Mex Bar & Grill”库迈墨西哥餐吧位于三里屯，是Beijing第一批墨西哥风味餐厅之一。“Q Mex Taqueria”库迈塔可餐吧是Q Mex的新店，于2017年中刚刚开业，坐落于新源里。Q Mex 两家姊妹店同属墨西哥风味，但两家店从菜品到风格均有所不同，Q Mex Bar & Grill更偏向Cal-Mex（加州墨西哥）风格，菜品较为美式，而新店Q Mex Taqueria则是纯正的墨西哥风味。
"Taqueria" is a Mexican bistro commonly found in the United States, and unlike the American hard-shell Taco, Taqueria usually specializes in authentic tacos, and the name "Q Mex Taqueria" also reflects the positioning of Q Mex Taqueria. The restaurant is led by Mexican-American Marcus Medina, a 60-year-old who has owned more than 20 award-winning restaurants around the world and has specialized in Mexican cuisine for more than 40 years.
Q Mex Taqueria features Tacos and Tequilas, two of Mexico's most iconic foods. Corn is the most common staple food in Mexico, and "Taco" is a traditional Mexican dish of corn tortillas filled with a variety of fillings. There are many options for taco's fillings, as well as a variety of sauces and side dishes. The DIY tower is the signature of Q Mex Taqueria and is the specialty of the store. Customers can choose their own fillings, including slow roast beef, shredded red pepper chicken, sour cream mushrooms, fried fish, jalapeño butter grilled shrimp, etc., with different textures and flavors. For Taco's crust, you can also choose tortillas or flour tortillas. Salsa is also the essence of Taco, and you can also choose your choice of sauces, such as jalapeño crumble, guacamole sauce, smoked tomato salsa, etc. Of course, customers can also choose a combination package, so they don't have to choose.
The burritos "Burritos" and the fakitas "Fajitas" are also good options. Fakita is a traditional Mexican meat dish with a choice of sizzling beef tenderloin, chicken in sauce, vegetarian dishes, peppers, onions, a small basket of pastries and three salsas, which can also be eaten as a wrap. Burritos, a generous tacos, served with a vegetable salad, a choice of steak, slow-roast beef, chicken with red peppers, minced sausages and other fillings, with impeccable sauces and meats. The restaurant has a more extensive wine list than the food menu, with nearly 100 varieties of Tequilas, Mexico's national drink. Mexican bulldogs, Michelada, Q Mex's Margaret, Guava Margarita, etc., are all worth checking out.
Q Mex Taqueria的餐厅风格低调现代，内部装潢融合了经典的墨西哥风情。棱角分明的餐座与长长的吧台，墙架上摆放着酒樽、调料瓶等小物件，夜幕降临时，这里更像是一家酒吧。而在三里屯的本店Q Mex Bar & Grill，则可以尝到更偏美式风格的墨西哥菜，如脆皮塔可、多肉薯条墨卷、墨西哥风味披萨、芝士玉米片、牛肉香肠碎汉堡等，这家店体量更大。虽非传统墨西哥菜，但单就出品而言，Q Mex Bar & Grill同样值得推荐。两家店每周一至周四都有部分主食半价特惠，性价比很高。
