The cattle selected by Yuechao are 250~300 kg of rural cattle, with tender meat and soft taste. In terms of supply, the beef is freshly slaughtered on the same day, and it is served to the store in the morning and evening. The beef produced by Cantonese Chao is decent, fresh enough, the meat is soft and tender, and the beef balls are also quite springy and delicious, but the taste of the dipping sauce is slightly salty. In addition to beef hot pot, stir-fried beef with kale, stir-fried beef with wet, and stir-fried staples such as beef fried rice are also worth trying, and the beef is tender and full of wok. The service level of Yuechao beef hot pot restaurant is relatively unsatisfactory, the enthusiasm of the staff is average, and the service quality needs to be improved compared with the production. Yuechao currently has three branches, Guangyuan Middle Road and Yile Road have a relatively general dining environment, poor ventilation, poor air circulation, and some corner seats may be a little stuffy.
