Niuqiao Thai Cuisine is arguably one of the most senior Thai restaurants in Guangzhou, with two restaurants located on Huale Road and Zhongshan 5th Road, and the original bread and shrimp curry shrimp pioneered 10 years ago are still bestsellers in the store. The food of Ushihashi Thai cuisine is very stable, and the best-selling bread and shrimp curry is not to be missed. The curry is not thick or light, the shrimp meat is fresh, full of aroma, and the bibimbap is first-class. Thai shrimp paste fried rice is also worth trying, it looks good, the rice is countable, the shrimp paste is plump, and it is also popular with pineapple fried rice. The restaurant not only serves Thai hot pot, but also sparkling wine to accompany it. Non-alcoholic diners can order coconut water, and fresh coconut is also popular here. The entrance of Niuqiao Thai Cuisine Huale Road Store is made of earthy yellow bricks, which is down-to-earth and very recognizable. The baby elephant sculpture sits on the left and the right, which is quite Southeast Asian style. The restaurant is exquisitely decorated, well-lit, clean with white tablecloths and champagne-colored chairs, and a private room. The hotel is crowded with many people, and it is almost full, and most of them are elderly regulars. It's a pity that the Zhongshan 5th Road store is not as good as before in terms of environment and production, and it is not worth a special trip to visit and taste.
