As the name suggests, Hero Espresso is an espresso shop. The shopkeeper, who returned from studying in Australia, brought back to China the way Melbourne roasted and brewed in cafes. Hero Espresso has a total of 3 stores in Shenzhen, although they have their own advantages in decoration style, but in the details of packaging and equipment selection, they all adopt exquisite styles with strong Japanese style.
The Futian store adopts a rough bare cement wall treatment, coupled with the extensive use of black metal main lines, the whole store shows a rough American industrial style. The store area is not large, mainly in the loft style, and the wide ceiling height makes the upper and lower floors not look cramped and oppressive. Warm light sources and wooden tables and chairs neutralize the industrial chill, while large floor-to-ceiling glass brings a lively streetscape into the store, allowing you to enjoy a coffee while enjoying the outdoors no matter which chair you sit on.
The main restaurant is Aobai, from the original Xiaobai to the new dirty, all of which have received countless praises among diners. The coffee beans used in Hero Espresso are self-roasted to ensure a consistent flavor standard. The unique T3 independent temperature control system in the "Black Hawk" coffee machine, which excels in espresso, ensures a stable production. In addition, the manual measurement of the weight of the coffee ground and the temperature of the brewing water three times a day also provides a key guarantee for the quality of the product. Hero Espresso's espresso coffee uses SOE blend beans, which have a delicate balance between the rich milky aroma and the obvious fruit acids in the shallow roasted beans. Dirty blends the rich iced milk and the freshly piping hot espresso into a transparent glass, and the oozing coffee forms a wonderful pattern in the milk, and when you take a big sip, the hot coffee on the surface and the cold milk on the bottom are fiercely contrasted, and the taste is richly layered. In addition to the signature Australian white, Hero Espresso's pour-over coffee is innovatively served in a Japanese sake jug.
Hero Espresso also offers a simple meal, with handmade yuzu cheesecake and freshly baked muffins that complement the coffee. The decaf strawberry geisha iced tea and matcha latte are perfect for summer with their macaron color and fresh taste.
